Shipping & Delivery
Yes, Korango ships internationally. If you're having issues with shipping when checking out please contact shipping@korango.com who can assist.
Sizing
All Korango’s products are vigorously tested before production is approved. Korango uses a universal standard sized mannequin set that were acquired through a company called Figure Form. These mannequins allow Korango to find the correct fit for all the garments that are designed and produced.

Returns & Refunds
If your Korango product was purchased directly from the Korango website www.korango.com.au you are more than welcome to return any garment up to 90 days from purchase date if Korango's T& C's are followed, https://www.korango.com/pages/terms-and-conditions
If the garment was purchased from a boutique you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the boutique the Korango product was purchased.
However if you feel the issue is something that the Korango team should know about please contact shipping@korango.com
No, however Korango will offer you a replacement item for the garment.
If you would like a refund you will need to check the boutique's Terms and Conditions from where you purchased the Korango product.
