It's best to always read the care instructions on your Korango garments carefully as product care may differ depending on the make up of the fabric, style and accessories. Refund & Returns Policy
Full-Price Items:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for a store credit (e-Gift Voucher) or refund.
Store credit excludes postage.
Items purchased with a discount code are accepted as full-price returns.
Sale Items:
All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (except in the case of a fault or incorrect item).
Faulty, Incorrect or Sold-Out Products:
Full refund provided if you receive a faulty item, wrong product, or if an item is sold out after purchase.
Contact: admin@korango.com within 6 months for manufacturing faults (not general wear and tear).
Return Postage:
Customers cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Condition of Return (Full-Price Items Only)
Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks or odours.
All original tags attached and in original packaging.
Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.
Processing Your Return:
Store credits (e-Gift Vouchers) issued within 48 hours of your return being received and approved.
Faulty items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Items that don’t meet return conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Cancelling or Amending Your Order:
Orders can be cancelled by phone before dispatch: +61 (3) 8707 0881.
Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
During busy periods, change requests may not be possible.
Important:
- This policy applies only to purchases made on www.korango.com.au.
- Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original retailer, following their store policy.
- Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty items remain unaffected.
